Carlo Cracco's restaurant in Portofino

Gelsystem alongside Chef Carlo Cracco in the new Cracco Portofino restaurant, inaugurated in 2021 in the premises of the former Pitosforo restaurant on Calata del Porto in the Ligurian town.

Thanks to the collaboration with the well-known designer Andrea Viacava, a Gelsytem refrigeration unit with high energy efficiency and very low noise has become part of the installations of the starred chef's restaurant, serving the users of GICO Cucine, guaranteeing optimal management of consumption and high performance.

For several years Gelsystem has been collaborating with the well-known kitchen designer Andrea Viacava, in the design and installation of highly energy efficient refrigeration units serving the numerous users of some of the most well-known and prestigious Italian hotels and starred restaurants.

The optimization of space and absolute silence are necessary characteristics for chefs, who have often found in this partnership the ideal solution for managing the entire refrigerator compartment of the kitchens.

Alajmo

Massimiliano Alajmo is an Italian chef, the youngest in history to have obtained a three-star rating from the Michelin Guide.
It chose Gelsystem for the management of all the refrigerated utilities present at the Gran Caffè Quadri in Venice and, given the results obtained in terms of efficiency and energy saving, it also wanted a Gelsystem refrigeration unit for the AMO T Fondaco dei Tedeschi restaurant also in Venice and for the In.Gredienti laboratory the "gourmet food market" located in front of Le Calandre.

Davide Oldani

Davide Oldani est l'un des 50 chefs ambassadeurs de la cuisine italienne dans le monde et on lui attribue la définition de la « Pop Cuisine ». Enrico Buonocore – Langosteria

Enrico Buonocore is the creator of what is now a point of reference for catering in Milan (and beyond). When you say Langosteria the first thought goes to the excellence of the fish served in the places that bear this name. The quality of what you eat passes not only through the conscious choice of the raw materials and cooking methods used, but also and above all concerns the very important phase of preserving the ingredients. To this end, Enrico Buonocore chooses to use a Gelsystem power plant to manage the cold of Langosteria in Via Savona. Given the results obtained in terms of efficiency and energy saving, also for Langosteria Bistrot, Paraggi and Langosteria Cafè, Enrico Buonocore wanted a central refrigeration unit by Gelsystem, focusing on technological innovation, efficiency and energy saving.

Alessandro Borghese

Alessandro Borghese, well-known television host as well as an eclectic and innovative chef, opens his first restaurant in Milan, focusing on technological innovation and energy efficiency.
